1. Data Collection
ArcVanta does not collect any personal data. The app operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection, user account, or registration.
2. Data Storage
All information you enter — including welding session logs, competition records, and archive data — is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is never transmitted to any server.
3. Third-Party Services
ArcVanta does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.
4. Photos & Media
If you attach photos to your records, they are stored locally on your device. The app accesses your photo library only when you explicitly choose to add an image. No images are uploaded or shared externally.
5. PDF Export
The export feature generates PDF files locally on your device. When you share a PDF, it is handled by your device's native sharing mechanism. ArcVanta does not retain copies of exported files.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete individual records at any time, or use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings to remove all stored data. Uninstalling the app will also remove all associated data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
ArcVanta does not knowingly collect information from children. The app contains no age-gated content and stores no personal identifiers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
